Veterinarian 

Oneal Bogan

Dr. Oneal Bogan grew up in Carbondale and has been practicing in the valley since 2013. Raised by a British mother and animal-loving father, the stories of James Herriot were always on her mind as she decided what career to pursue. Eventually, she realized veterinary medicine was her calling and she attended vet school at Colorado State University. Dr. Oneal has worked at Red Hill Animal Health Center, Valley Veterinary Hospital and was part-owner of All Pets Mobile Vet. She has also worked at Valley Emergency Pet Care as an emergency vet.  Her passion for animals and medicine led her to establish Mountain Paws in 2023. Dr. Oneal is certified in veterinary acupuncture and chiropractic and loves all aspects of veterinary medicine. In her free time, she enjoys reading, running, cross-country skiing, and spending time with her family, dogs, cats and horses.

Veterinarian 

Lindsey Brooks

Dr. Lindsey Brooks was born and raised in Colorado and has had a lifelong passion for caring for animals. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 2006. Lindsey completed an internship at CSU Veterinary School/Denver Dumb Friends League and then practiced at Mesa Veterinary Hospital in Golden, CO.  Lindsey has served the Roaring Fork Valley for the past 11 years at a mobile veterinary practice as well as a veterinary hospital. Lindsey is certified in veterinary medical Acupuncture and completed her certification at Colorado State University in 2010. She has enjoyed serving the valley, providing Acupuncture visits for patients in the comfort of their own homes. Lindsey moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2012 with her family. In her free time, Lindsey and her family love to travel, explore and enjoy many of the wonderful outdoor activities our beautiful valley has to offer.

Registered Veterinary Technician 

Bailey Shepherd 

Bailey, hailing from Rifle, has over a decade of experience in the veterinary field and is a licensed veterinary technician. Her career includes roles as a veterinary nurse at All Pets Mobile Vet, lead technician at Valley Veterinary Hospital, and as a veterinary surgical nurse. In her spare time, Bailey enjoys fly fishing, watching horror movies, and spending quality time with her husband, dogs (Szia and Delilah), and cat (Lani).

Rileigh Zalinski 

Rileigh, originally from New Castle, CO, relocated to Glenwood Springs in 2013. After completing her education at Glenwood Springs High School, she uncovered her passion for veterinary medicine and is now dedicated to building a career in this field. Currently enrolled at Colorado Mountain College's Veterinary Technician School, Rileigh actively engages in her studies while assisting clients and supporting the at the clinic. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, participating in sports, and appreciating the great outdoors.

Sydney Sauer

Sydney was raised in Rifle, where her passion for animals was nurtured through her participation in 4-H and a home filled with diverse pets. Alongside her commitment to animal care, Sydney enjoys hiking, baking, and spending quality time with her husband and their two dogs, Sitka and Kuiu.

Savannah Buckingham

Savannah is a local that attends Basalt High School with a love for animals. She has lived in the Roaring Fork Valley all her life and enjoys reading, nature, and does ballet. She feels very lucky to be apart of this incredible team at Mountain Paws Vet. Being able to see and learn more about this field, especially with the possibility of her pursuing being a vet in college. Savannah can’t wait to continue to care for your animals and is excited to expand her knowledge working at this incredible establishment.

Ruby Flores

Ruby, originally from California, has been enjoying life in Glenwood Springs since 2003! She has a deep love for horror and books, which makes her free time an exciting adventure alongside her husband and two dogs, Harley and Layla. With a genuine passion for animals, she eagerly welcomes pets with open arms! Since becoming a part of MPV in 2024, Ruby is excited to explore the intriguing world of veterinary medicine!

Beth Weeks

Beth’s love of animals started growing up in a small dairy farm in upstate NY.  She went on to teach first grade for 25 years before retiring to Colorado in 2015.  In retirement, she loves living on her sister’s ranch on Missouri Heights, where the care of horses and dogs keeps her busy, and the view of Mount Sopris greets her every morning.
