Meet The Team
Oneal Bogan DVM
Dr. Oneal Bogan grew up in Carbondale and has been practicing in the valley since 2013. Raised by a British mother and animal loving father, the stories of James Herriot were always on her mind as she decided what career to pursue. Eventually she realized veterinary medicine was her calling and she attended vet school at Colorado State University. Dr. Oneal has worked at small animal clinics, as a mobile vet with All Pets Mobile Vet before they closed in 2020, and as an emergency vet in Basalt, CO.
Her passion for animals and medicine led her to establish Mountain Paws in 2023 with the assistance of her tech and friend, Zoë. Dr. Oneal is certified in veterinary acupuncture and chiropractic and loves all aspects of veterinary medicine. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cross country skiing, and spending time with her children, dogs, and cats.
