About
Dr. Peairs is an Animal Physical Therapist and Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist. She is a lifelong animal lover with a passion for improving animal welfare through caring stewardship and maximizing mobility for optimal quality of life. She completed a B.S. in Equestrian Science and Biology at William Woods University in 2013, became a licensed Massage Therapist in 2014, and earned her clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017 from Northern Arizona University. After working as a physical therapist in a variety of settings, she chose to combine her training in Physical therapy, Massage therapy, and background in fitness with her love of animals by completing her Certification in Canine Rehabilitation in 2021. After moving to the valley and seeing the need for increased access to care, Dr. Peairs started Rise Animal Rehabilitation, a mobile rehabilitation practice specializing in canine and feline rehabilitation to connect the Valley’s pets to the care they need.
